Design with UI makes complex products clear

You see the decisions, editable screens and handover notes. The work stays close to the people who will review it, build it and maintain it.

About Yaser Nazzal

Yaser Nazzal has been experienced UX/UI and Product Design professional with over 20 years of experience creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across a wide range of industries and platforms. My expertise spans the full design lifecycle, including UX strategy, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, creating a design system, and high-fidelity UI design. I specialize in transforming complex business requirements and user needs into simple, engaging, and scalable digital experiences. I have extensive experience building and maintaining scalable design systems, establishing design standards, and collaborating closely with product, business, and development teams to ensure consistency and efficient implementation.

Throughout my career, I have led and mentored design teams, facilitated collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, and worked with stakeholders to align user experience decisions with broader business objectives. As a Certified Usability Analyst (CUA), I bring a strong user-centered approach to every project while continuously exploring modern technologies and AI-powered design workflows to improve the way digital products are researched, designed, tested, and delivered.

Where I Fit Best

The work goes fastest when the problem is already clear. These are the situations I am brought in for, and what we are aiming at.

Interfaces that grew without a system
Every screen solving the same problem twice
Design decisions made on taste, not method
Handoff files developers cannot build from
Arabic bolted on at the end
A product that demos well and converts badly
No shared language between design and code
Accessibility found in an audit, not before it
Screens multiplying faster than anyone maintains them

Four services, one standard of craft

Choose the output that removes the next obstacle from the product.

UI Design

Websites, mobile apps, dashboards/Portal and internal tools. Deliverables are Figma screens, a prototype and developer specifications. Screens Prototype, and Specifications.

UI Consultation and UI Strategy

I review a live product screen by screen for hierarchy, spacing, states and contrast. Deliverables are severity-rated findings, annotations and redesigned high-impact screens. Review, Findings, and Annotations.

Creating Design Systems

I connect components, tokens, documentation, accessibility and light, dark and RTL themes. Developers receive a shared structure they can consume and extend. Tokens, Components, Documentation, and Accessibility.

AI-Assisted Product Design

System generation, asset production and design-to-code are bounded by written tools, review points and exclusions. Deliverables include the agreed files and a record of how they were made. Systems, Assets, and Design-to-code.

Bring me the hard part

Bring a product that has become difficult to use, a team revisiting the same interface, or a new direction that needs structure. I can help isolate the break before a rebuild.

Tell me what is difficult

Tools can speed the work. Review keeps it useful

I choose tools by task and scope. They do not decide what the product needs. I review output, keep editable design files and record decision points.
